Its been a while since I last posted some awesome Britannia news because I've been working on cardsets for marvel and various others but I still love Britannia and have so many plans for her

 

While I've been busy, I've been playing with Britt in my head, working out who she is, her powers and the world she lives in and there's certain things I want to get done for her... I want to bring out #1 of Britannia, as well as a sketch book and even a swimsuit issue lol. But I want her to have a lot of fun while saving the world from darkness and destruction.

Since I originally created Britannia I've gone mad making so many other superheroes and superbabes as well its been interesting thinking how they all fit in as well. So fingers crossed I get Britt out soon

A Gothic Makeover for Britannia

Things are moving forward in the world of Britannia as Mighty Zombies comes ever closer this Halloween and the cardbacks will soon be off to the printers for next years Britannia 2, but whats this, fresh from my sketchbook, Gothic Britannia!!! hehe

Mighty Zombies is coming out this Halloween 2013, Limited to 200 packs, it will be onsale at the same time
as our populer zombie set Dead Sexy, but what makes Mighty Zombies different is it's Super Hero Zombies, powers, brains, capes and cowls, and Britannia is making an appearance!!! well Zombie Britannia is.

The set will be drawn by our fantastic artists and feature populer public domain characters along with britannia and her freinds created by me and characters created by the artists working on the set. So if you into something a little different and full of Horror, your going to enjoy Mighty Zombies.

Now for some full on Britannia Designs, and each design alters what her demonic foes look like and the world shes beating them senseless in. Manga Britannia is all about giant robots and tenticled monsters chasing schoolgirls around while Celtic Britannia gets in deep with the ancient landscape of britain and it's standing stones, druids and magic.

Britannia 2013 is SOLD OUT

Britannia 2013 is sold out, and I want to thank each and every one of you for that, for the awesome artists who drew amazing sketchcards, for the customers who took the time and the effort to spend their hard earned money on packs and the supporters who kept me going down the road with Britannia and encouraged me to get her into action. None of this could have happend without you.

I'm sorting packs out and addressing envelopes while I wait for the post office to open and turning my attention towards next years Britannia set. I honestly didnt know how people would react to Britt getting her own art card serise. People loved her design, her look and attitude and i'm so thankful for that.

For everyone who like Britt and her girl pals, you will be glad to know she returns in another set currently in production called Mighty Zombies, it's a superhero Zombie sketchcard set in the same feel and mood of Marvel Zombies, but useing alot of the public domain superheros, artists own creations and Britannia has made a zombie appearance on alot of cards, I'll give you all some sneak peeks soon :)

This has been an amazing time, and thankyou to everyone who took part.
Packs will take a few weeks to reach american and international customers because Unpleasant Dreams is a UK based company, I expect UK customers will probably get theirs sooner.

Tiny Peek at the Basecards

Oooww a sneak peek at the brand new Basecards for Britannia this 15th of July, arent they stunning, 1 drawn by Artist Dennis Budd and another by Artist Kat Laurange. Then you have 1 drawn by Boo and coloured by Dave Reynolds as well as another drawn by Boo and he coloured it also. Each pack of Britannia will include 1 Sketchcard and 1 basecard so you only need 4 packs to collect all four basecards, but the more you order, the more original hand drawn sketchcards you get.

Over on Britannias facebook page we have been sharing a sketchcard almost every day from the set, so you can already see whats instore for everyone who purchases a pack, but theres only going to be 200 packs on sale, it wont go over that, thats how Limited Edition this first serise of Britannia is.

Yeah, I love britannia so much i'm already working on the new Britt set for 2014!!! where Britannia will be in the grip of those darn slippery Cthulhu's, by the ancient ones thats gonna be a HOT set and thats not all, i've got a spankin surprise instore for that set, but i've got to keep SOME secrets haha.

To keep things fresh for the brand new Britannia Sketchcard set everything has been getting

a bit of a revamp. I've just been over to the Britannia facebook page (find a link on the right hand side of this website) and dusted it down, put up some sneak peeks of cards inside packs and been inviting people to come and join in.

meanwhile over here, I've added some cute little artpops to the britannia Blog giving you more detail

on all the different looks and designs Britannia has.

Britannia is such an exciting character, i carnt resist doing new looks for her like this Tron inspired costume and I've already begun working on Britannia's Next sketchcard set for 2014!!!

Britannia is coming July the 15th with an awesome limited edition 200 pack set for only £14.50 Fourteen pounds and fifty pence a pack.
Each pack will contain a stunning hand drawn original sketchcard by one of the fantastic artists working on the set (which you can see a full artist list on the right hand side of the webite) and 1 stunning 84mm x 55mm Basecard.
There are 4 Basecards to collect in total and every single sketchcard is different and unique.
It has been a dream come true to create a beutiful Britannia Sketch card set and I know youll love the cards when you get them in your hands.

Britannia ArtCard set comes closer

OOooowww The Britannia Sketch Card set comes ever closer as the final cards are coming in and the printed Basecards have arrived. So I thought it was time to give another sneak peek with a mini reveal of some of the original artwork that will be included in packs, arent they amazing, hand drawn by artists from around the world who are all sketch card pro's who have been working in cards for years.

This is an extra special set for me because Britannia is my original character, so to see so many killer cool artists illustrating her and to hear how much your all excited about her kicking demon butt, well it makes me very proud.
Did i mention i've been drawing some comic pages!!! ssshhh thats a secret between us.

Britannia back for 2013

Britannia is back for 2013 and wow do I have some new stuff in store for her.

Right now hand drawn art cards are coming in for a spanktastic brand new

Britannia art card set. These are mind blowing, artists from around the world drawing

Britt looking hotter than ever, fighting demonic monsters and occasionally falling 

out of her costume lol.

This will be a limited edition set with just over one hundred packs and will include original

hand drawn art cards, basecards etc. I just carnt wait for that.
Plus i'm working on a Britannia Comic for folks who purchase packs!!!

I know, how exciting is that.
